Purchases Made Via PayPal


Purchases made via PayPal are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Sentry reserves the right to accept, decline, and refund transactions made with us via PayPal or PayPal owned systems. Sentry may decline a request for a refund for any reason. Purchases made via PayPal are subject to our standard refund policy.


Purchases Made Via Patreon


Purchases made via Patreon are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Sentry reserves the right to accept, decline and refund transactions made with us via Patreon or Patreon owned systems. Sentry may decline a request for a refund for any reason. Purchases made via Patreon are subject to our standard refund policy.

Patreon purchases will renew every month on the 1st of the month. If you signup on any date before/after the 1st of the month. You will be charged again on the 1st. This is something that we are unable to change. Please see the Patreon Billing Schedule FAQ for more information.


Refunds


Sentry offers a refund period of 24 hours on all purchases. Refunds requested after this 24 hour period may be honored at our discretion. Sentry reserves the right to decline any refund for any reason, and with or without reason.


Fraud


If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately so we can open an investigation and issue a refunded if warranted. Please note, that if you submit a fraud request with one of our payment processors, we may be unable to provide a timely resolution. If you need to contact us due to a fraudulent transaction, please open a ticket with us at https://sentrybot.xyz/support
